You may cancel your service order at any time before the work begins. Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to charges for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of service delivery if the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications as outlined in the project brief.

3. Refund Process

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the work is unsatisfactory, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of the issues and the work completed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Domain registration fees, third-party service costs, and any expenses incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of approval, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we follow the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws. We encourage amicable resolution first, but disputes may be escalated to consumer courts if necessary.
