By accessing and using Senement's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Senement provides web development, AI solutions, IoT development, cybersecurity, and related digital services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Refunds are available within 30 days of service delivery if the work does not meet the agreed specifications. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel services at any time. Cancellations made before work begins will receive a full refund. Cancellations after work has started may be subject to charges for work completed.
Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the delivered work, unless otherwise specified.
Senement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
